Refund & Return Policy

At Jeizze, we want you to fully enjoy your immersive setup. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your Jeizze Flow Barsâ„¢ to request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: undamaged, inside its original packaging, and including all original components (RGBIC light bars, base stands, controller, and power cables). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@jeizze.com. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues (Tech Defect Guarantee)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@jeizze.com if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item.

To speed up your process, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A short video or photo clearly showing the technical issue (e.g., lights not turning on or connectivity issues).

Once verified, we will arrange a brand-new replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
