1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States.

Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days after processing.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on local postal services or customs clearance.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website using our tracking page.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Jeizze is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for standard orders to the U.S., these fees are rarely applicable.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if the tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our support team immediately at support@jeizze.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
